Discussion / Feedback on October Chapter Meeting

  • Very basic class

  • Great turnout

  • Maybe ask for a more advanced class

    •  Sue Flucke

    • We do have an advanced class scheduled for next August

 

Treasure Report – Jamie Rosen

  • Balance of Charity/Account

    • Current balance is $9,142.04

  • 50/50 - $1,165.44

  • More than half of the funds collected was taken through the POS

    • We have a spreadsheet of all income/expenses

  • Infusionsoft      

    • Jamie & Ian will reach out to Brian to confirm if we can stop paying

      • Was confirmed later in meeting to stop paying

  • Heart Walk

    • A $500 donation was approved by the board

 

Membership – Ian Parkin/Kristi Zundel

  • Current membership & New members

    • Up to 130 Professional Members

    • 41 Affiliate Members

  • Changes for next year

    • Ian has set up Kaneshia and has been brought up to speed

    • Ian will meet with Kaneshia in January to start marketing for January

 

Marketing – Matt Prescott/ Brian Coughlin

  • November Class Marketing

    • Email was sent last week and then one again tomorrow

  • Christmas Party Marketing

    • Still looking for info for next year

  • Sandy provided that to Brian

    • Matt will set up an Eventbrite

  • Affiliate Marketing

    • Rentzap has signed on as a sponsor

    • $250 or $500 sponsorships

  • Transition and changes next year

  • Need a new banner from NARPM National – Kim will investigate this.

  • AZ Supreme Court – New Rule on eviction process passed

  • Proposed AZ Constitutional Amendment for a ban on Rent Control

    • Mark will look at starting a petition

  • Sandy & Heather are to be meeting with AZ Senator Tyler Pace to discuss unlicensed activity

    • AAR will be a part of this discussion as well.
