Michelle Horneff-Cohen, Broker, CCRM, MPM® RMP® began her career in property management as an on-site resident manager for an independent owner managing her 18-unit apartment building in 1995 and fell in love with the industry. In 1998 Michelle founded Property Management Systems – a boutique residential management company in San Francisco. In 2016, she became the Broker for Sacramento Property Management Services, Inc. and in 2017 became half owner. She has been an active NARPM® member since 2000 having served the local, state, and national boards in various capacities throughout the years. More recently, Michelle has been putting her energy into instructing and expert witness work – which brings her much professional joy. When she is not running around for work, you can usually track her down in her car driving one of her three children to the next extracurricular event or another
