Letter from the President

A new year means a new start with fresh beginnings. It is my hope that 2020 will build upon what a great year 2019 has been.I look forward to being the next Chapter President! In 2019, we held a lot of great CE classes.  We had some great legislative updates and information to share with our members. We had a lot of social events outside of the regular meetings to get to know one another a little better. In 2020, I hope to build on that. In doing so, this year we will be holding all CE classes except for the Vendor Fair in September.  We are even planning a NARPM Designation class outside of our regular meetings to help those who wish to get their designation.

We are going to start a NARPM Advocacy Fund at a local level to be on the forefront of new legislative issues by partnering with the other local chapters in Arizona and becoming “one voice”  that will take efforts in protecting property managers and their clients’ interests. In addition, our goal is to share all up and coming trends that are industry related to our members and to get all of you to share your experiences, both good and bad, with other members so that we can all learn from one another. Lastly, there shouldn’t be all work and no play. We hope to hold fun, light-hearted events where people can just get to know each other a little better. 2020 should be a great year to be a NARPM Member.

I am looking forward to serving you as the 2020 Phoenix Chapter President!

Sincerely,

Kim Ayers
